I thought it was sturdy and colorful. The children seem to like it. The lid lifts off easily but it will not be good for storing long term (it does not lock down). For the two children with visual motor problems I need to spread the letters out so they could match them. Otherwise, it has been great.

The see and spell is great for the kids to see the picture and then match the letters. The only problem is of course, if they dont know what the letter is they really aren't learning to spell. My children are 2 and 3 so a little young yet to recognize what letter is what but they enjoy matching the C, A and T to the picture of the cat and the shape of the letters on the board. i do recommend this toy but like I said my children are littl too young yet to use it to its fullest.

This item is great! My daughter is 2 1/2 and she can recognize the letters and put them in the correct place. We are working on knowing what each letter is and spelling out the word. This is a great fun way to help kids learn and she loves it!
